Specialty Food Stations
Designed for cocktail-style receptions, our specialty stations are served as “small plate” portions. We recommend 3–4 stations for the perfect balance of variety and abundance. All specialty food stations are priced per person with a 35 person minimum.

Mashed Potato Bar - $15.00
Creamy mashed potatoes with toppings like mixed cheeses, scallions, bacon, butter, and your choice of protein (pulled pork, carne asada, or pulled chicken).
Crepe Station - $15.00
Fresh, made-to-order crepes with fillings such as fresh berries, Nutella, and whipped cream.
Taco Bar – From the Land - $25.00
Choose two proteins such as carne asada, pastor, carnitas verdes, pulled chicken, chorizo, or picadillo. Served with a full topping bar: cilantro, onion, mixed cheese, crema, guacamole sauce, tomatillo salsa, and pico de gallo.
Taco Bar – From the Sea - $35.00
Blackened or fried shrimp and mahi, with Mexican slaw, pico de gallo, mixed cheese, chipotle aioli, sour cream, salsa, and cucumber-wasabi slaw.
Tour of Italy - $20.00
Penne pasta with your choice of vodka, marinara, or Alfredo sauce, paired with chicken or shrimp and artisan bread.
Prime Rib Carving Station - $25.00
Thin-sliced prime rib with au jus, horseradish cream, and fresh bread.
Slider Station - $15.00
House-made smashed patties with caramelized onions on brioche buns; choose from American, provolone, Swiss, or cheddar.
“Old Baldy” Seafood Display - $20.00
A coastal raw bar featuring cocktail shrimp and oysters on the half shell, with clarified butter, mignonette, cocktail sauce, fresh lemons, and crackers.
